In early 70s TQM and Japaneses products are synonyms. The management is keen to promote TQM in their products. Japan based technological companies defined customers need based total quality. TQM was a business strategy adopted by them. Many companies know for the best quality products i.e Sony,Canon and Toyota.
Business strategy need to consider many aspects TQM is one among those.
